*****IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS*****
Dear patients,
We are running an “URGENT-ONLY“ service from the 6th May 2022 as we are in the process of migrating our patient records to a new and improved system. The new system, EMIS, will go live on 10th May 2022. Due to the background work needed we will have very limited access to services and patient information until 10th May 2022. Please be patient with our staff during this transitional period. For life-threatening emergencies please phone 999 or 111 for clinical advice.
The Electronic Prescription Service will not be available from 3rd To 11th May and therefore any prescriptions issued will need to be ordered and collected at the surgery, either by your nominated pharmacy or by yourself. As is our current policy we will not be accepting prescription requests via the telephone. Repeat medication can be requested direct with the practice by dropping off your request for this period only.
Patient Online Services will not be available from 3rd to 11th May. Any patients who are currently registered for Patient Services will be reactivated by the Practice for the new clinical system. Patients will not have access to their online account until this work has been completed. The Practice will verify your contact details on your behalf and any additional information you may require will be sent to you.
Appointments – consultations will continue via askmyGP during this period. If this service is offline, please contact the surgery direct.
Our new clinical system will enhance our service to you, and we look forward to bringing you the benefits in the near future. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
